What a trip

So, we went to the wedding. And poor little Ty would NOT do it. So guess who had to do it? ME. I'm talking about him being the ring bearer. Yup. He would NOT do it. So I did it. Lily loved throwing flowers, and I think she would've done it even more, if she could. It was a little strange seeing her compared to me. I'm six foot two, and she's like three foot something. Not even. So there was A BIG age difference. Haha. Anyway, the wedding was nice. It was quiet. My cousin, Jonah, has this brother, who I think is like 12. I know, our family is getting known for big age differences. Because Jonah is 21. Anyway, his brother's name is Jack. Jack was running for PRESIDENT...exciting! So, was telling me all his ideas: he wants to be the PEOPLE'S president and all...He's running to be the middle school president. And, he has a good chance of winning...there's only three people running! He says his speech tomorrow.
But anyway, during the reception, we had a great time. The cousins all talked. Really, it was Jack, who was 12, me, who is 17, and the two two year olds. So, I felt out of place and I think Jack did too. Although he really looks up to me. Jack is a great kid. He's so funny. But anyway, we were at the reception, and Ty got a piece of cake: it was chocolate. I got it for him, and went to go get a drink (soda) and I cam back and he had the cake ALL. OVER. HIM. It was sooo funny. I was like, "TYYY!"
But he laughed, and he's so cute that I couldn't help but laugh. So while I was laughing, I was trying to wipe it off of his little suit. Poor little dude.
The next day, we hung out at Jack's house. They have a pool, and we were relaxing. And then I hear this:
MUSIC....
And it wasn't any old music. It was ICE CREAM MUSIC!
I was inside, getting drinks, and Ty and Lily were outside playing with Jack. When they heard this...they ran COMPLETELY away from Jack and to me saying:
"Sandwers. We want ice cream! We want ice cream! We want ice cream!"
So I tried to be the good brother I am, and we went to go get some ice cream. Poor little Ty DROPPED his ice cream. So I had to chase the ice cream truck down the street to get another one for him. And even worse, Ty started EATING the dropped ice cream, which he dropped in the grass. Poor Ty is NOT doing well this weekend...not wanting to be the ring bearer, getting his suit all messy, AND dropping his ice cream. He's only two, though. Right?
As we went on the plan ride home, it was Lily who was having trouble. See, it's one of those planes where there's a row of two seats, an aisle, three seats, another aisle, and then three seats. So I sat in the three seats aisle with Ty and Lily on either side, and Mom and Dad sat on the left side of the two.
We went through some...well, bumps. And Lily was bouncing and bouncing and bouncing. CAUSE SHE DIDN'T HAVE HER SEATBELT ON. Which, I didn't really care. But the flight attendant came by and goes,
"PUT THAT SEAT BELT ON THAT LITTLE GIRL! IMMEDIATELY!"
So I hurried to do that, and believe me, that was the LAST time I would let her do that. Because that woman really killed me. Talk about looks that kill. Seriously.
So, she decided she didn't trust me, and came back to make sure her seat belt was still on. It was, but apparently, it wasn't on "tight" enough. So she SQUEEZED little Lily to tighten her seat belt. And I was trying to help Lily but this lady was not letting me do anything. It was almost as if I was just as young as Lily. And mom and dad were just watching, laughing. It was pretty funny afterwards, and when we got back home, we went out to dinner. We joked about it the whole time. And I even "squeezed" Lily's seat belt in the car. But I didn't leave it like that, like she did.
I just that that was SOOOOOO funny.
Well, I'll see you around. I have to study for these stupid things called exams. Even at schools with half days, you have to have exams.
